REFUND POLICY

Supporters may cancel or amend their subscription at any time. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. We do not offer refunds on the purchase of sponsorship/donations. 

We may offer refunds on other products purchased from our shop. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact shop@projectwildling.com within 14 days and we aim to respond within 3-5 working days.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.

In cases where the consumer has bought an item of clothing in the wrong size, or they have changed their mind or an item is an unwanted gift – there is no automatic right to return goods. In certain circumstances, we may offer a return and exchange at the consumers cost.

Refund Policy for Workshops

At Project Wildling, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our attendees and our ability to run high-quality workshops. Please read the following terms carefully before booking:

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellations Made by Attendees:

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date: A full refund will be issued.

    • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the workshop date: A 50% refund will be issued.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date: No refund will be issued.

  2. Cancellations by Project Wildling:

    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop.

Transfers & Substitutions

  • If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your booking to someone else, you may do so at no extra cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop with the name of the new attendee.

  • If you need to transfer your booking to a different workshop date, please contact us at least 7 days in advance, and we will accommodate where possible.

Non-Attendance

  • If you do not attend the workshop and have not given prior notice, no refund or transfer will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an exceptional reason for needing to cancel within the no-refund window, please reach out, and we will assess situations on a case-by-case basis.
